Prestigious, employee owned, national architecture design firm designing buildings, landscapes, sustainable environments and mater plans, seeks a Project Manager for its Healthcare Division. Position will be located in the firm's Houston, TX office.

The registered architect will take responsibility for specific client relationships and the proposal, design, planning, budgeting, preparation, and delivery of a wide range of renovation, remodeling, and expansion projects as well as new construction for the Healthcare Division. This production, management, and supervisory position is accountable for delivering projects on time and within budget. Reports to the Healthcare Division Lead.

Requirements Licensed architect in at least one state in the U.S. Client management experience required. Project leadership and management experience required.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Project Schedule). Proficiency with Deltek project and resource management tools preferred. Proficiency with Revit. ? LEED credentials preferred.

NCARB certified and eligible for reciprocal licensing in other states preferred
