28 hours direct patient care, 9 hours Med Dir admin hours, 3 practice admin hours
Payer mix 35% Medicare, 15% Medicaid, 35% Commercial, balance is other

$285,000-310,000 (depending on experience) which includes Medical Director Stipend
WRVU bonus potential paid out in salary of the following year. Once target is hit, 50% payout of anything listed under the bill rate.
