The Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS), in Little Rock Arkansas is seeking a full-time MD/DO OBGYN Physician to join our OBGYN team. Board Certified or Board Eligible in OBGYN candidates are preferred, and if you are skilled in the latest types of clinic and outpatient OBGYN surgery procedures, as well as best practices for clinic visits, you move to the front of the line.

Highlights of this opportunity:

  • Potential starting base salary range: $275,000-$350,000
  • Daily schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm; On-call responsibilities are shared with other OBGYN in the section, which includes nights, weekends and holidays, no more than 10 days per month for full-time physician.
  • Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP) - Assistance with payment of outstanding medical school loans up to $200K over 5 years, if approved.
  • Paid Time Off: 50-55 days per year (26 days of annual leave, 13 days of sick leave, 11 paid Federal holidays, and possible 5 days paid for CME)
  • No Physician Employment Contract and no significant restriction on moonlighting
  • Plus additional financial incentives, such as recruitment, and relocation.
