Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH seeks a nurse practitioner to join our Wound Care team in the Comprehensive Wound Healing Center. Under the direction of the Medical Director for Plastic Surgery and the Nurse Manager for Wound Care Services, and in collaboration with CWCN colleagues and support staff, this position will provide wound consultation for patients throughout Dartmouth Health as assigned in the outpatient environment. This position will join a robust and established group, providing strong collegialityand support.The hired candidate will:

  • Assess and manage the healthcare needs and problems, emphasizing health promotion and disease prevention as well as the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic wounds
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with all patient care disciplines
  • Promote patient care through effective, interdepartmental clinical pathways
  • Promote professional behaviors and standards.

Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Nursing
  • Must obtain or maintain licensure in the state of New Hampshire
  • Eligible for Federal DEA Registration
  • A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience preferred
  • Wound Care Nurse Certification within one year of employment
